When you're a hotel with a name like Gran Melia Palacio de Isora, you're bound to be a five-star establishment with luxurious rooms and facilities.
That's certainly true in this case. A relatively new hotel, it hugs the coast near the small village of Alcala, a bit further up from Playa de San Juan. (If you take the coast road from Las Americas to Los Gigantes, you'll pass through Alcala.)
