Seven Islands Experience

My wife and I have been going to Tenerife for over 30 years. We had an invitation from 7 Islands Experience, offering a free holiday excluding flights. They said that they would claim us back our money from EZE group we had dealings with ten years ago. One day they had us from 9 o'clock till back to our hotel at 6 o'clock in the evening and my wife and I are in our eighties. It turned out to be the worst experience we have ever had. They took 1000 pounds from my credit card and tried to take another 7,000 from my bank account. They assured us we would receive 12,000 pounds within 30-60 days, but I have since learned that you cannot go back more than 6 months on a credit card. They had got us over there under false pretences. What liars! Be warned. It has turned out to have been a nightmare. Cheers.
