Hi,

I tried a Google search, but in Spanish, and came up with this website, which is for a firm of lawyers dealing with recreational boating and yachting in Spain. Although it is a Spanish website, some of its pages have an English language option.

You can contact them for help or information and I presume this will include such things as mooring charges.

I hope they are able to help you.
