Illegal Vv on urbanisation

by Peter Thorington
(Peterborough, England)

I have a bungalow on El Beril Urbanisation and post covid there have been several VV signs erected. I have looked at the rules and it states that no VV licence can be obtained next to a hotel. El Beril is next door to The Mirador and Altimira apartments. The administration here seems very reluctant to answer my concerns regarding this issue and refuse to bring it up at an AGM. I truly believe they are breaking laws. My name is Peter Thorington and my bungalow is no. 28 El Beril. We are now experiencing bad behaviour and breaking of community rules in El Beril because of this illegal renting activity. I would appreciate your advice on these issues please. I have researched the VV rules and it is definitely clear that you cannot legally hold a VV licence with hotels neighbouring. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

I can’t answer your question but I think you would have a better chance on one of the many Tenerife forums on Facebook.
