There are two glowing reports of Harriet's, followed now by one, at first sight, quite scathing. Actually, if you look closely at our anonymous contributor's comment, he or she is merely objecting to the assertion that all the goodies on offer are home made. Apart from that, he or she is actually encouraging people to go to Harriet's to try it for themselves. Perhaps not so scathing, after all, then.

False.. The home made pies and cakes are not..repeat not.. always home made.. I've read many reviews about Harriet's and sometimes the names of the reviewers stick out like a sore thumb. As in all articles composed by people, the best way to find out is by trying it for yourselves ..So, take that with a pinch of salt and get your cake and eat it ..or otherwise ....

My 1st time on Tenerife with a friend, although she has been to Adeje several times before. Found Harriet's absolutely delightful and staff typical Yorkshire folk. Have no hesitation in recommending Harriet's to friends and family etc. Good luck for 2013-2014. God speed.
