Cruise Pax on Celebrity Silhouette

Hi,
Our ship, Celebrity Silhouette will be in Tenerife either on 15 or 16 Oct.
Will the Hop on/off bus be running on either days because of the transportation strike?
Will the Hop on/off bus wait for passengers at the cruise terminal?
Is there a phone number to verify time at cruise terminal, if any and running on either days above?
