Soul Suite Tenerife - a superb venue for soul, Motown and reggae

One of the most high profile bars on the La Paz strip, the Soul Suite has, since 2007, been owned and run by Maggie and Angie and they provide an excellent venue to enjoy a good night out, listening and dancing to quality soul, Motown and reggae music.
Yes, the accent here is on these classic musical styles and, to this end, the bar features top Tenerife performers, every night. It is impossible not to dance along to this type of music and the bar provides every opportunity to indulge.
The live entertainment kicks off at 9pm. One of the most popular acts is a tribute to The Temptations, featuring their iconic hits, such as "My Girl" and "Just My Imagination". Other prestigious performers include Sheila Tyson, Colin Wilson, Scottie D, Lee St Lawrence, Mikey Mike and Elaine Alexander. There's also a feature called "Decades of Soul" and another tribute, this time to The Drifters.
The owners and staff always offer you a friendly welcome and promote a party atmosphere. A full range of drinks is available, including a comprehensive selection of cocktails. To ease the strain on your wallet, there is also a "happy hour" from 8:30 to 9:30.
As this is primarily an entertainment venue, there is no food on offer. There's still plenty of drink flowing, however, as well as the excellent music and the owners invite all ages to come down and join in the fun.
