Going through security, my watch was left in box. It was 18 carat gold, round faced, bracket strap. I travelled to Newcastle the 21st March 2017 on flight number TOM1249. Flight left Tenerife 2:05pm. I realised I had left watch when I was boarding flight. Told air hostess on flight, but was told too late to go back. I went through security about 12:45PM. Saw security at Newcastle. They told me to see travel agent, which I did yesterday, 22-3-17. Been to see them today with no satisfaction. Been on to Newcastle security but they're no help either. Mrs C Hope.

I bought a tablet from a shop in Los Cristianos while on holiday. This tablet does not exist and I was told a pack of lies. My factura was stamped with student returns nif. X-1128866-a c/ Rincondel Puerto Local 20 38650 Los Cristianos Arona. I am 76 years old and it's making me ill to realise I have been so stupid. Is there any way I can retrieve this money? Thanks in anticipation.

We bought 2 tablets at students return, that have cost us a fortune. We have been so stupid. We are pensioners and don't have a lot of money. They are turning our head and steal almost all our money. Promised that it would work in 24 hours. We were naive, but, take care, they have stolen with their arm and legs. Soraya sorry.
