You will need to go to Granadilla with Residencia, NIE, be on Padrón (done at your local Ayuntamiento - Town Hall) , form from NHS (was E111). Suggest you take someone who speaks Spanish and English or pay someone to do it. You could try Complete Legal Solutions on 922 736098. They speak English. I have not used them but have been told they are very good. Good luck.
