Hi Helen,

Well, to try and find out an answer to your question, I simply Googled the two plantations and found loads of results saying what good places to visit they were. Nothing about them now being closed to the public.

On my webpage about these attractions, I give phone numbers for both and an email address for Jardines Del Atlantico. If you want to find out for sure, why not try contacting them directly?

El parque tiene el nombre de ALOE PARK BANANERA antes llamado JARDINES DEL ATLÁNTICO, está abierto de lunes a viernes y los horarios con guía son a las 10:00, 11:30, 13;00 y 15;30 los sábados y domingos cerrado se encuentra en el municipio de ARONA a 8 km. de Los Cristianos - Playa de Las Americas.

The park has the name Aloe Park Bananera, formerly called Jardines del Atlantico. It is open Monday to Friday and there are guided tours at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm and 3:30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. It is found in the municipality of Arona about 8km from Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.
