Hi. A dog on our community its huge, 6 feet. All it does is live on a balcony and howls all night.
I. No animal lover but I'm off work and seen it walked twice in 2 weeks.

The owners must work nights as nobody can sleep through that barking. It starts 11-12midnight and goes on and on.
It's bored, too big to live on a terrace. Dogs that size should have to live with land/space.
It does huge poo all over and they don't pick up.
Dog is bored/left alone/not walked enough.

Not fair on everyone being kept awake all night.
