Hi William,

Unfortunately, I have no idea of the answer to your question. Perhaps someone else may see this and respond.

What I can say, however, is that you'd be far better taking cash with you and just exchanging that as you need to. The many exchange places in Tenerife don't charge any commission.

What I normally do is take a lump sum in pounds sterling, plus £100 changed into euros. (The lump sum is then kept in the apartment's safe.)
