If you've perused my website, you may have gathered that my other half, Alison, owns an apartment in Los Cristianos and she uses an Asesoria based in that town to handle such things as accounts, paying rates, etc.
Although a Spanish company, they speak excellent English and I'd recommend that you give them a try.
The name is Marcos Cabrera and their office is found on Avenida de los Sabandeños. The door to get in is just to the left of a bar called Alba and you have to go up to the first or second floor (can't remember which).
