SAS pets policy - transporting your pet with Scandinavian Airlines
Pets are only carried as cargo from the UK on weekday flights departing before 1pm.
SAS have their own range of crates that can be purchased from some airports and cargo offices. If you decide to use your own crate, it must comply with the conditions outlined on the main "Pets" page. It is possible to put two adult animals of comparable size and up to 14kg each, or up to three young animals (under six months) from the same litter in the same container.
There is a charge, valid within Europe, of 60 euros per crate. The container's dimensions can be up to a maximum of 62 inches. Any larger and a second 60 euros will be payable.
