Need Help with missing 12 year old

Twelve year old Kevin A. Viskup, my stepson and my wife Andrea Cutts' son, was kidnapped on July 05, 2012 from Georgia, USA. His biological father, Petr Viskup, is the abductor. They were last seen at Building Las Pardelas, Bloque 10, Puerta 8, Llano del Camello, Las Chafiras, San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife, by Spanish authorities.

We believe that, from late July through August Mr. Petr Viskup believed he had 'slipped the grid' and was not going to be found. Unfortunately, after Spanish authorities went in and stripped him of Kevin's passports, he and Kevin disappeared.

We would like to request your help, in any way you might be able to offer it, to achieve the goal of safely locating Kevin and notifying authorities as to his position. Here are some preliminary details:

1. Kevin A. Viskup missing person - You can verify this online on INTERPOL.

2. Petr Viskup is a 50 years old Czech National (now a US Citizen), about six feet tall, normal weight and speaks Czech. He also speaks broken English with a heavy Czech accent. He has naturally gray and short cropped hair.

3. If someone sees them or has seen them they need to contact the police...they SHOULD NOT confront them.

4. We will be more than willing to send photos of both Kevin and his father to you or you can visit Kevin A. Viskup on Facebook and copy photos from that source. Just e-mail back and we will send these photos.

If you are inclined to notify schools, food stores etc. you are familiar with as to this matter please do. Media outlets or children's advocate organizations, if you would be wiling, please e-mail back to us those resources or forward this information to them for us. We need help and we are far away.

Way back in the late 90s/early 00s the Shakespeare Bar in Los Cristianos was run by a singer called Andy. I or we would love to trace him and say thank you. Way back then he encouraged my daughter to sing on the karaoke, I know thousands did! But not many would have gone on to be professional singers like my daughter has and she always said she would invite him to see her when she grew up, so I know this is a long shot if anyone still has contact with him I would appreciate any details of how to find him.

I had some lovely friends in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
I used to speak on the phone. Emilio was an old work colleague in UK before I went to live in USA.
On returning, my husband and I struck up a lovely friendship with them. Sadly when I last spoke he had been taken ill. He had had a stroke and had a Dalmatian dog for help.
His wife Margaretta was having to go to London on her own as one of his daughters had a job at London University.
When I was next able to speak it seemed they had moved.
I am so concerned as he owned a Tabac shop.
I am bothered he is in a nursing home or even worse.
They lived over the top of the Tabac.
Sadly, I am ill so not able to travel.
We are friends since the mid 60s. He was coming to visit and see his daughter when all this sadly happened. His wife doesn't speak much English. My Spanish is limited.
