Am 16.01.2017 haben wir im CC Ocean Center Loc N°5
Avda Rafael Puig.S/N Playa de las Americas
38660 Adeje Tenerife 2 Tablet von Toshiba zum Gesamtpreis von 140,00 € gekauft.Bezahlt haben wir in bar vor Ort.Eine Rechnung wurde uns vorerst nicht ausgestellt.Der Verkäufer verlangte von uns , dass wir im Kartenlesegerät unsere EC Karte einschieben sollen und die PIN mit Bestätigung eingeben sollen , damit die Tablets im Netz aktualisiert bzw. angemeldet werden.
Am 18.01.2017 wurden von unserem Konto 1985,00 € abgebucht, wir waren aber wieder zu Hause.
Der Verkäufer übergab uns die Tablets und teilte mit , dass wir alle Unterlagen ( Garantieschein ,Rechnung und Vertrag ) in 4 - 6 Tagen nach Hause geschickt bekommen. Desweiteren gab er uns ein Diskette auf der vom
Geschäft alle Angaben , wie Adresse und Telefon
stehen. Die Diskette war aber bewusst unbeschrieben.Der Polizei raten wir dringend, diesen Laden ins Visier zu nehmen, da er dem Image von Teneriffa sehr schadet.
