Looking for a 6 week let in Las Americas

Hi. We are a married couple in our late 50s looking for a decent apartment with availability for 6 weeks from 7 Feb until 21 March 2015. Preferably in Las Americas, but would consider Los Cristianos. Must have a good kitchen with washing machine or have local laundry nearby. We have our own house in SW France which we let as a holiday home, so you can be assured we would look after your property.
