The Khong Tsha - a fine Chinese restaurantAnother fine Chinese restaurant, the Khong Tsha is found at Parque Santiago 3, in Las Americas. You'll find quite a swanky decor inside and the food matches it in quality. Try the fried prawns in chilli sauce or the duck. You can see the chefs at work in the kitchen behind a glass screen. Staff are efficient and friendly and there is the usual extensive Chinese menu. The restaurant has a large outside terrace area (usually full), which because of its location, has some tables right next to the pavement. Las Americas is a busy place and, if you end up at one of these tables on the periphery, you'll have pedestrians walking right past it, which, sometimes, can be a bit off-putting. That's one very small, negative comment in what is otherwise a glowing recommendation.  Some people rate it as the best on the island. Telephone: (+34) 922 753796
