English Speaking Dentists Tenerife - useful informationIf not actually English, or British, most dentists in Tenerife will be able to speak the language fluently. Like anywhere else in the world, some dentists are better than others and you're strongly advised to shop around a bit. The majority of dentists on the island of Tenerife are private and, therefore, you have to pay for your treatment. One way to alleviate this is to take out private dental insurance and a major operator in that regard is called Adeslas Dental. They have their own clinics dotted about the place and, for a monthly payment of nine euros, you will receive free treatment for certain things, such as emergencies, x-ray and mouth cleaning. For other, more expensive treatments, such as crowns and implants, you will still save more than 30% of the cost.
