English Speaking Attorneys Tenerife - if you need representation in court
The word procurador originates, in fact, from way back in ancient Rome - the Procurator. Their role is reflected in that of the barrister in the UK, or the attorney in the USA. If, by any remote chance, you find yourself in jail, about to stand trial, you'll need a procurador. You need to contact the embassy or consulate of your home country, who will, hopefully, provide you with a list of procuradores and, if necessary, interpreters. For any other matters, if there is a trial in the offing, I've put together a list here of procuradores who are able to speak English.
