Since last posting in December did contact Action Fraud who did get back to me. But they said there was nothing they could do so an absolute waste of effort contacting them.

Have just filled in the form with Action Fraud so you never know. We may yet hear back from them. Perhaps more people will see this site and register their complaints. Was it James Benson who defrauded you along with Aronasol as he has also rented out apartments which dont exist to others. Also seen complaints about him on Facebook

I was scammed by this 'company' in 2013 and reported them to Action Fraud who did contact me to say they had enough cause to investigate and may be in contact with me but I've heard nothing since. It amazes me that they are allowed to continue using the company name long after defrauding so many.

Just noticed you asked about renters in Playa. Try Canary Getaways or Carmen Davies Management. Both reliable. Also a Mr. Beescroft who has apartment 905 Torres Del Sol. Met someone who has been there a few times.

Sorry but have just read your comments about also being scammed, presumably by the above, same as me. I have contacted European Economic Centre (ECC) to see if they can help but was asked to supply postal addres for either of the above which I dont have. Asked them to email Benson directly but not sure if they were willing to do that or not. Do you by any chance have any addresses? Like you don't want them to get away with ripping off others. Makes me sick!! Also just written to BBC.com/ripoffbritain who do programmes about holidays and scammers. They are making a new series just now and looking for stories. I was also told to get in touch directly with Tenerife Police. If you have any further information to share please feel free to email me at thomsonaudrey@hotmail.com. Off to Tenerife next week for four weeks and really wish I could come face to face with these scum.

Hello,

I've been scammed as well and lost £1,800, is there a way to sue them or do anything?

I know I will never see this money again but it makes me furious to let these scums get away with it!

Do you have any agency located in Playa de Las Americas to recommend?
