Arenas Negras campsite - found in the picturesque north-west

The campsite Arenas Negras is found in the north-west part of the island, situated in the Garachico district.

Despite its name, meaning "black sands", it is situated in Garachico's volcanic area, nestling amongst pine trees.

Covering an area of some 9,000 square metres, this campsite can accommodate 50 people. Is is free to camp there (provided you have obtained the required permit).

• Running water (of drinkable quality)
• Recreation area

This campsite doesn't, unfortunately, have showers, toilets, or disabled access.

This campsite is literally in the middle of nowhere and is reached via the TF- 366 road from Icod de los Vinos to La Montañeta.
